Some couples prefer to plan the entire Wedding themselves, however you may wish to have a Wedding Co-ordinator to direct, supervise and oversee everything on your Wedding day to ensure all your hard work runs smoothly and to problem solve as issues arise - leaving you to enjoy the biggest day of your life!

Your Wedding co-ordinator will meet with you four weeks prior to your Wedding and one day prior if desired, to discuss the big day’s events and allay any fears or concerns you may have.

On the Wedding Day your co-ordinator will arrive at the ceremony venue before the first guests arrive to assist with the seating arrangements.

 

Once the ceremony draws to a close, your co-ordinator will go directly to the reception venue to ensure that all is in order, attend to any details, liase with the Master/Mistress of Ceremonies as required.
